Summary: We booked two rooms but non of them was ready: no towel, soap or shampoo, one room had debris on the ground and the curtains pole was standing against the corner! So we started asking for all the missing stuff, we got big towels and soap we were told to wait for the shampoo till the nightshift guy came. One room got easily the hot water but one not when I wanted to shower at midnight. The front desk clerk was away, so hopefully we got hot water in the morning. The included breakfast was horrible so we didn't use it in the 2nd day! We asked to change one room in the 2nd day because the drain was clogged! Electrical outlets were easily coming off the wall. I've documented all my reviews with pictures.the stuff were willing to help but they have nothing in hands.
